Our products

We design and sell premium precision espresso tampers and related accessories, including the V1 Calibrated Tamper, with further products planned. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations in finish are normal for precision-machined goods.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the site, scraping content, or infringing our or others' rights. We may suspend or refuse service where these terms are breached.

Where you can buy, orders, pricing and currency

  • You can buy our products either directly through this store's checkout or via our Amazon listings linked from our "Buy on Amazon" buttons.
  • Prices are displayed in USD. Our base currency is USD.
  • The final price you pay is the price shown and charged at Shopify checkout (for direct orders) or the price shown and charged on Amazon (for Amazon orders). Where the two channels differ, each transaction is governed by the price and terms of the channel you complete your purchase on.
  • Purchases made on Amazon form a contract under Amazon's terms. These Terms of Service govern direct purchases and use of this website.
  • We try to keep pricing and stock accurate, but if an error means an item was listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the affected direct order and refund you in full before dispatch.
  • A direct order is accepted when we send order confirmation or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Returns, the 14-day right to cancel for direct online orders, and our 1-year guarantee are covered in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your non-excludable rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our total liability for any direct order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
