Shipping Policy

This policy covers orders placed directly through the Kanpeki Lab store. Orders placed through our Amazon listings ship according to Amazon's own delivery options and terms (see the note at the end).

Free US shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. For international orders, shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently fulfill and ship orders from within the United States. We ship to United States addresses as standard. International orders may be available at checkout where shown, with shipping charged to the customer. We are working toward expanding our shipping destinations over time.

Dispatch time

We dispatch orders within 48 hours of purchase (business days, excluding weekends and US public holidays). Orders placed late in the day, on a weekend, or on a holiday are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation, and tracking where available, when your order ships.

Estimated delivery windows

Delivery times below are estimates from the point of dispatch and are not guaranteed:

  • United States: typically 3 to 7 business days.
  • International, where offered: typically 7 to 14 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Customs, duties and taxes (international)

For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient, who is the importer of record and responsible for complying with the destination country's import laws and regulations. Customs clearance can also add to delivery times. Please check your country's import rules if you are unsure.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is sent to your email once your order ships, where tracking is available, and can be used to follow your package on the carrier's website.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed well beyond the estimated window, arrives damaged, or appears lost, contact us at hello@kanpekilab.com as soon as possible, ideally with photos for damaged items. We will work with the carrier to locate the parcel or arrange a replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights. Please report damage promptly and keep the packaging.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If you need to change your address after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Amazon orders

If you bought through our Amazon listings (including via the "Buy on Amazon" links on this site), your order is shipped and tracked by Amazon according to Amazon's delivery options, terms, and Prime or free-shipping eligibility, not this policy. Please manage delivery and any shipping issues for those orders through your Amazon account.
